As many are adjusting to a distributed model while working from home for the first time, we have been largely operating as a distributed team for 3 years. Long before the threat of  COVID-19, we outfitted our team with the tools necessary to deliver impactful technical solutions and industry-leading customer experiences from the comfort and safety of our home offices. Over the past few years we’ve perfected using collaborative digital work tools like Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Asana, Dropbox and G Suite.
